A lovely furnished home and room (Ecosa double bed included if needed) in North Linwood just across the road from a great little cafe - Red Verandah. One storey, three bedroom standalone house & garden in a quiet area. A separate living area, 2 toilets, private garden/lawn area which is gets a lot of sun. Quick bike ride to town. Price doesn’t include power or internet so we’d be sharing those costs. Just looking for someone chill, somewhat tidy, and who works daytime hours (sorry all you graveyard shift and hospo workers out there;). I’ve adopted a fur ball (cats) from the previous owners but they never come inside - (no other pets sorry). The place is available from mid-august (when my current flatmate moves out) until the end of September/start of October 2026. Single $200 p/w, Couple $300 Cheers, Sam
