Samuel's room

A lovely furnished home in North Linwood just across the road from a great little cafe - Red Verandah. One storey, three bedroom standalone house & garden in a quiet area. A separate living area, 2 toilets, private garden/lawn area which is gets a lot of sun. The house is 100 yrs old so it doesn’t have the best insulation but it does have 2 heat pumps and a wood/pellet stove/fire so just needs warming up during winter months. Quick bike ride to town. Price doesn’t include power or internet so we’d be sharing those costs. Just looking for someone chill, somewhat tidy (we’re not a neat freaks), and who works daytime hours (sorry all you graveyard shift and hospo workers out there;). I’ve adopted two fur balls (cats) from the previous owners but they never come inside - (no other pets sorry). Important note: The room is only available until mid to late December. Cheers, Sam

Hey there, We are 2 guys (myself -kiwi/french, and my Czech flatmate) both in our 30s who work fulltime. We are neither introvert or extrovert (somewhere in the middle;), not messy but not a clean freaks. We are both into outdoor activities - surf, ski, tennis, climbing but also like our quiet time. Ideal flatmate: Someone working/studying fulltime (daytime), in their 30s, respectful, chill and into a somewhat social flatting environment.
