This is a two bed, two bath townhouse, so you’ll have your own bathroom. The bedroom has ample storage and there is lots of storage throughout the house including storage in the garage. The bedroom is furnished with a bed.

The house is fully furnished with plush, comfy furniture which was recently purchased. It’s homely & cosy. It’s nice and warm because it’s new, so well insulated. Keyless entry.

$25/week to cover expenses, which include water, power, unlimited fiber, Netflix, Neon, Apple TV as well as Skysport.

I’m ideally looking for a female or couple. For a couple: Total weekly rent + expenses is $425. For a single person: Total weekly rent + expenses is $345.

Move in cost is 2 x weeks of rent (incl expenses), 2 x weeks of rent for the bond.

The house also comes with two cats, one who’s cuddly and the other who keeps to themselves.

You’ll be living with a female late 20s professional, tidy, extraverted who likes to take the party outside of the house, so this is a quiet little sanctuary to recharge and cuddle with a cat on your lap and watch Netflix.
