✨ Heya! We have a large room in a lovely Remuera villa available for a fun couple (or bougie single)! ✨

We’re moving into the place on 22 July and would love an awesome, like-minded couple to join us.

Move in date: 22 July (flexible for the right person!) Weekly rent: $380 + expenses (split as they come through) Move in costs: 2 weeks rent ($760) and Bond ($1728)

The house🌞: Located on a quiet and safe street with plenty of street parking. 4 bedrooms with 1 luxe bathroom and additional toilet (bathrooms shared with everyone). The open-plan, fully equipped kitchen and dining open onto a sunny garden, which we’ll all maintain. There’s a separate lounge with a fireplace and heat pump. The house will be fully furnished, but if you come with couches that’s a major plus.

The room🛌: A massive lounge turned bedroom with a gas fireplace. Comes unfurnished aside from a gorgeous freestanding wardrobe—the room has plenty of space for additional storage & furniture. Two large windows with great light and garden/street views.

You🌟: Mid-to-late 20s couple! You’re both clean, friendly, social, respectful of common spaces, and reliable. Ideally, interested in renting long term. Liking pets is a must! Sorry, but no smokers.

Transport 🚌: 4 min walk to bustling Remuera village to catch bus to Newmarket/CBD, 15 min walk to Remuera train station, 6 min walk/3 min drive to nearest supermarket, 7 min drive to motorway, 10 min drive to Westfield Newmarket

We’re a super friendly flat of 3 females, all working professionals, aged 24-28. We love a good laugh and being social together as a flat, though of course enjoy having our own space. Natalie’s in edtech, Deb’s in law, and Joicy’s in construction & doing her masters. Natalie has two fur babies with a lot of love to give: one golden retriever, Maika, and one cat, Earl Grey. Sorry, but no more pets:(
