I will be reverting to an unpaid listing. Pleasant house in Milford, Auckland. Quiet off street parking in cul de sac. Close to Milford Mall. On bus routes to city, etc. Two rooms available, one upstairs and one downstairs. Both rooms are smallish doubles, but have a single bed and are furnished for a student. Good internet for studying or working from home. We also have a room downstairs with table tennis table, great if you’re having friends around. Material provided to get your own lunch and breakfast. Dinner provided, as I’m used to being in the kitchen. Plenty of room though, for your snacks etc or extras in the kitchen. A nice deck outdoor area, but as we’re near the end of July, the sun isn’t around yet !
Couple in active 60s. Two daughters recently shifted out, so two rooms available. One son at home, he’s ex BCom/LLB UoA .
