Pleasant spacious house in Milford, Auckland. NOTE: the advertised price includes food and all expenses.

The upstairs room has now (21 June) become available. Our ideal person is a pleasant mature student or professional / semi professional.
Both rooms are smallish doubles with a single bed and are furnished for a student. Both have at least the equivalent of a good sized single wardrobe.
Comfortable bedding, heater etc Towels and linen provided if you like. Fibre Internet with a good speed.
The kitchen is spacious. You are welcome to have friends around and cook special meals with them if you like. Apart from the ensuite, there are two other bathrooms (both recently renovated!). We also have a room downstairs with table tennis table, great if you’re having friends around. (Son lives here - we no longer look after the cat!) A nice deck outdoor area, so make the most of the last of summer!

Materials provided to get your own lunch and breakfast.
Dinner provided, as I’m used to being in the kitchen. Plenty of room though, for your snacks etc or extras in the kitchen. However, there may be times when you will be cooking for yourself / yourselves with the food provided. Quiet off-street parking in cul de sac. On bus routes to city, etc. Auckland city is ‘across the bridge!’ Close to Milford Mall. Distance to Milford beach 1.4km.

Couple in active 60s. One son at home, in early 30s; he’s ex BCom/LLB UoA . Sometimes my husband or I would be out of Auckland, on holiday or visiting family. This could then move to a ‘flatting’ situation with our son if we’re away longer term. Prefer student/s or person/s in professional role. who would be tidy and pleasant to have around if studying or working from home. If working conventional hours, we’d be a great place to flop and ‘come home to’. However, we’re also a lovely environment for studying or working from home. We currently have a male in his early 30s in the downstairs bedroom. His English is almost native level. He’s doing post degree marine engineering study in downtown Auckland. He’s into going to the local gym, walking, and is quite quiet. Yes, and plays table tennis.
