I am looking for someone to share this lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom recently renovated house with myself. I am at employed and I use the other bedroom as an office.

Ideal flatmate / couples would be people in their late 20’s to early 30’s who are looking for a nice, modern, sunning place to call home. This is a very nice place so looking for the right person to share it with.

You will have the largest room which gets all the afternoon sun (bedroom 2 in photos). There is a small built in wardrobe, however you can use the wardrobe in my office (bedroom 3) if you need. There is plenty of room however for drawers or a free standing wardrobe. You will also have your own bathroom located off the lounge, sharing only with guests, this is the one with the light coloured tiles in the photos.

We have an amazing light filled open plan kitchen and lounge, all fully furnished. This opens up to a huge deck with incredible ocean views. The only thing we could really do with is outdoor furniture, bonus points if you own some!

Fully equiped laundry & kitchen, dishwasher, gas hot water, super fast fiber internet, keyless entry, espresso machine.

There is also room for 1 off street parking and storage in the garage below.

We are just 5 mins to Greville onramp so getting around is super easy, plus a brand new Countdown is only 2 mins away. Also, 5 mins to Browns Bay beach & Albany mall.

You’d be living with myself a 32yr old male. I own my own business, a gym in Grey Lynn and work between there and at home.

I am laid back and very easy to get along with, when I am not working I like to hang out with friends or simply relax with some gaming at home.

Naturally, I am pretty into my health & fitness however I love a good meal and a drink from time to time.

My work hours are varied and can suck up a lot of my time. I tend to keep to myself when busy but I am a social person and love a good yarn and to share a meal when I am not at work.

Looking for someone who is clean & tidy, easy to get along with and is going to enjoy the space with me.
