Location: Ranui (Close to Lincoln Road) 5 mins walking distance to the train station, bus stops nearby, close motorway access and a short stroll to the shops. (medical centres, supermarkets, restaurants) If your student unitec university is also close by. It’s less then 10 mins drive to Westcity Mall and Northwest shopping centre.The room is fully furnished with brand new queen bed and comes with own living room are which has tv and sofa to get comfortable and relax. It comes with own bathroom that has shower and toilet. Only thing to share with us is the washing machine, and dryer and tge kitchen. Apart from that it a lovely private space with own living room and bathroom. Lots of space for parking outside and if you bus or train that’s only 5min walk to these. Fully fenced and has servalance cameras around and alarm too, so very safe.
