About the room
Hey everyone! So I’ve got 1 room available in my house that I’m looking to fill!! The house is down a quiet road and has 3 stories and 3 decks. The furniture in the house will be slightly different but just as nice! There is heaps of off-street parking outside the house. The house is located in Browns Bay.
The room is $240 and measures to be 4.9m by 3.3m. It’s on the ‘main’ floor of the house and you will have your own bathroom. Move in costs are x2 weeks rent + 4 weeks bond.
You will only need to bring your bedroom furniture but if you have extra stuff we will find room! Move in date is around the 26th of August! Flick me a pmd!
About the roomies
Little bit about me! I’m 23 and I work full time as a recruiter on the shore. I love kicking back for flat dinners and a few drinks and enjoy hanging out at the beach. The other flatmate works in ecology (so our house is basically a jungle)!
