Cathy's room

I have a double room with built in wardrobe. Room is unfurnished, but do have a single bed available if required. 1 room will be available from 24/9. Rent includes power ( reasonable use), wifi and a fortnightly cleaner. Main bathroom is shared by 2 rooms, our room has an ensuite. House is fully furnished with a well setup kitchen. We have a fireplace with heat transfer system to keep house warm in winter, and a great covered deck to enjoy the summer evenings.

My partner & I own the home and are aged 40’s & 60’s. We have 2 indoor only cats, so you need to be a cat lover. We prefer mature, professional flatmate who is working during the day, as I work from home.
