My house is in all-day sun with garden, an extra-large deck, and wide sea view. It is 15 minutes’ walk to Okura Marine Reserve (Long Bay beach) and Waiake beach. Bed room with double bed, wardrobe, sea view, own bath room and access to small office with desk and chair…. Living space with TV and separate entrance. Close to Torbay village (coffee shops, restaurants, grocery…etc). Bus stop 50m from house.

I am an early retiree lady who loves the outdoors and has a wide range of interests and hobbies. I live by myself with two clean, friendly, and easy going cats. I’m looking for an over 40 female who works or studies, friendly, tidy, respectful, not a smoker or drug user, easy going, and loves animals. I enjoy a glass of wine now and then, but am not a regular drinker or smoker. I love to cook and host small gatherings for friends and folks who enjoy fun and intelligent conversations.
