The room available is the biggest room in the house, with wifi, and would consider a couple, that would be for $280p/wk ($280 deposit or rent 1stwk) There’s a big back yard, with a garden to use, fruit trees, hamack, bbq, out door lounge area, Tweed Street End of Venus St, The smaller room is $160 but no couple in there, and $160 the day you move is your first weeks rent

There’s only myself plus Stag my 11yr old dog,, he is a lover and a gentleman of a dog. My self very relaxed, kind, caring, sense of humour is spur of the moment or day of the week kind of stuff and I believe in treating people how I would like to treated..
