About the room
A room is available for rent in a 2 bedroom fully furnished house, the room is furnished with a double bed, clothes rack and bedside table. We have bedding including duvet, pillow and sheets along with towels, etc. Rent is $250 all inclusive of power, internet, waste management and firewood.
The house is super warm, its fully insulated/double glazed, it’s equipped with fireplace and heat-pump. The house is equip with everything you may need.
On and off street parking available, 5 minute walk to the bus stop. Short drive or bus ride to town.
The room is available for short term stays until June.
About the roomies
Two existing flatmates, aged 26 & 27 years. One is a student and the other works full time. We enjoy social dinners/drinks/board games or watching tv, but also appreciate each other’s space & privacy.
