EXCLUSIVE downstairs unit with a sunny double bedroom, fully furnished, carpeted with 2 large glass windows that gets all the sunlight throughout the entire day. Separate living/dining area which contains a lounge suite, (7 seater) lazy Suzanne dining table& chairs, coffee table, 82inch plasma smart TV, air-conditioning and security alarm.

You will be sharing the kitchen and laundry facilities with myself. I am 30years old currently working as a bartender in a bar and restaurant. I own 3 dogs who are very friendly but also protective. I am relaxed, easy going and tend to get loud from time to time due to gromit which leads to deafness. I enjoy the occasional cold beverage with great conversation however I also respect people’s privacy and will happily keep to myself reading or listening to music. I am a complete clean freak so unless you are a tidy kiwi don’t bother applying!
