Fisher Point Drive

The house is awesome, we’re a 10min walk from the Sky Tower (CBD Centre), we have 2 balconies, a view of the city, a private pool, gym, jacuzzi and sauna which is shared with neighbors - although it’s rarely used! Our housing estate is lovely, very safe and right next to Vic park which is great during the summer, mix of families and young working adults. The room available also comes with a bed however a fee of $300 will be requested as the bed was bought new only in April.

The house comes fully furnished as we’ve been living here, you’ll just need to buy stuff for your room (if you want) like a beside table etc. We have free overnight parking on the street and we have gated parking at $65 per week. Bills come to around $15 per week on top of rent.

We’re pretty open minded to who joins us, preferably we’d want someone between the ages of 23yrs - 30yrs, working professional / backpacker, helps keep the place clean, male or female is fine, someone who is chilled and is reasonably sociable.

I’m 28yrs old, from England and work in recruitment. John is 23yrs old, works in the navy and is from Germany. Both of us work full time, go to the gym 5 times a week, keep reasonably to ourselves during the week due to long days BUT will either have a few beers or go camping on the weekend. Both back packers here on a working visas, very chilled and have lived with both men and women - so we’re not fussy and are decent to live with.
