You will be upstairs in your own space which includes large bedroom, bathroom ( shared sometimes if other bedroom is rented) and lounge space. Access to shared kitchen, dining room and large garden, entertaining deck and spa pool. 15 mins into town, bus stop at the door, cinema across the road, beach 10 min walk, green belt tracks, cafes, pubs, supermarket are all in walking distance! You will love Island Bay!!!!!

Me and my hubby live with our dog Jessie in our big family villa. We are an energetic couple who love life! All our kids are flown the coop, so we get out and about and enjoy bands, movies, plays, exhibitions and all Wellington has to offer. We have mountain bikes available and Dean (hubby)can take you on the best tracks in Wellie. We enjoy a cruisy lifestyle, both of us are working, so we like to unwind with good food, wine and company. We get maximum use out of the spa and love summer barbies😁 Would love to share our beautiful home with other like minded people.
