Furnished room in Mount Cook available, $265 per week all bills and expenses included 😊. Fully furnished, only thing it needs is a bed stand, but it has a mattress, storage shelves, clothing rail, lamps, and heat pump! (Oh and also comes with a couple of extension leads and a Wi-Fi extender as I couldn’t fit those in my suitcase haha)

Looking for someone to take over my room, sharing the flat with one guy and one girl (one of who isn’t there a lot so it kind of feels like you’re only sharing with one other). Both very nice, clean and tidy, we all mostly keep to ourselves so it’s a nice peaceful place!

I’ve had to go home to the UK quite urgently and wasn’t able to find a replacement for the room before I left, which means I can’t offer in person viewings as I’m no longer in the country, but I do have lots of videos and pics of the property I can send and happy to answer any questions. It’s all done through the estate agents anyway, so if you were interested in the room you’d then apply through them so they can check your details etc. then they would send you the contract 😊 just wanted to add that as a bit of security as I know it may sound dodgy not offering in person viewings - but unfortunately it was all a bit of a rush for me leaving!

The lease is until January 2024 with option to extend. The room is empty now as I’m no longer there so the move in date can be as soon as you need it. I’ve added some pics below - if you’re interested give me a message and I can send videos, answer questions etc. 😊

One guy and one girl, I think both work full time - have only crossed paths a couple of times but both friendly, no issues with noise, and are clean and tidy :)
