Hello!! Looking for someone to fill a room with an epic view of the city!! Great location, only a 5min walk to Cuba Street, Massey Uni, and the nearest bus stop. Super close to the CBD aswell. Rent: $200/week.

The room comes with drawers, built-in wardrobe and storage space. There’s also plenty of space in the living room and other shared areas. Windows are double glazed and there is an HRV system and heat pump installed in the flat. Flexible move in date from basically anytime now till start of September. The lease runs through until the end of February 2024 with the possibility of renewal.

You would be living with 3 Cool girls and 1 cool Boy. all aged 21+ and are working and/or in their 5th year of study! A social bunch but also enjoy their own time too. I will sad to be leaving them but I am leaving Wellington.
