Sam's room

The house is within walking distance to Toi Ohomai and a 15 minute drive to the CBD. The room is $200 a week and is furnished with a king single bed and a set of draws. Rent includes reasonable use of power,gas and wifi. You will need to buy your own food, toiletries and supply your own bedding.

Household consumables costs are also divided between the flat.

A room bond of $600 is required upon move in plus a week in advance. Must also pay the week you move in 🙂
