The house is within walking distance to Toi Ohomai and a 15 minute drive to the CBD. The room is $230 a week and is unfurnished. Rent includes reasonable use of power,gas and wifi. You will need to buy your own food and toiletries.

Household consumables costs are also divided between the flat.

A room bond of $630 is required upon move in plus a week in advance. Must also pay the week you move in 🙂 About the roomies
