Room available for 2024 We have a warm, modern flat available that is conveniently located close to the university ( Leith street). Our fully furnished flat features two bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. Power, Wifi and rubbish collection costs are not included in the rent, but will be divided equally among the flatmates.

Weekly rent: If you’re looking to rent aa a single, the cost would be $300 per week. Couples are also welcome at a rate of $325 per week (preferred). **Currently have 2 people in the flat 🙂

We are looking for a tidy and responsible individuals to join us and note that this is not a party flat.
