A quiet flat in central New Lynn, close to Lynn Mall and the train station. There is also a bus stop right outside of the address. However if you have your own vehicle there is parking space for up to 2 cars.

I live here alone and manage well, but am feeling the pressure of life, as humans all are right now so am opening up the spare bedroom to someone. I love my property, it’s not the biggest but it is cosy. As with all properties there are pros and cons. I will aim to inform you as best as I can about them before you make the big step, and if you decide it doesn’t work for you then all good.

I am a Young Professional (27) looking to share my space with someone. I am on shift work so you will have the house to yourself a lot of the time. When I am home I am chill and respectful. It will just be sharing it with me, however, I do have a partner who sometimes stays, and in turn I stay at hers a lot.
