Are you in search of a quite place in Queenstown? We have an amazing opportunity for you! We’re looking to rent out two rooms in our 3-bedroom townhouse in Sunshine Bay, 3kms from central Queenstown and near a bus stop.

The room is a large double with built in wardrobe. This room would share a bathroom with the landlord (when they are there). The other room has an ensuite.

The flat has recently been tenanted but the landlord will now be living there part time (although most of the time they’ll be away).

The house isn’t furnished but the landlord will be setting it up with the core appliances. Ideally, you’d furnish your own room but we could discuss this.

There is an outdoor deck and large garage for storage. There will be likely space in the garage for one car.

This room would suit responsible and considerate working professionals.

The photos are from when the townhouse was rented. Right now it’s empty and will need to be furnished. A rent reduction would apply when it’s still getting furnished.
