Room comes with a queen bed, Rails to hang up your clothes on, Washing Machine and dryer ,off street parking up the private driveway. Diffrent deco then the photos but still really nice. The flats about a 15 min walk from campus and Rob Roy . Couples okay rent would be a bit more though. Rent $183 per week /Bond $640

Where looking for a flatmate since the girl who’s room it is sadly moving back to the north island. Preferably someone around our age late teens early 20s.
