• Rent is $220 pw including expenses (lawns, wifi, power, basic flat essentials)
• Flat is fully furnished, and option to purchase exisiting bedroom furniture!
• Plenty of garage space and lovely garden area!
• No pets and no smoking

Two girls in their mid 20s, both working full time. We are both friendly, considerate and enjoy getting outside and having an adventure! We also like to cook over a few wines, and have play games, watch movies etc. We are sociable but also respect people’s space
