Ezra's room

Kia Ora! The room is in a 2 bedroom town house in Johnsonville, its double glazed so quite warm and no issues with mould. It’s a medium sized room with space for a bed (provided) and a desk nook as well. The house is 5 minutes walk from the bus stop/train station and supermarket, and is only a minute off the motorway so easy access to town (and with a hill between us and the motorway there’s no noise!). There is off road parking down a driveway if needed and plenty of on road parking as well.

The house is co-owned by myself and the couple living in the second half above me (internally separate). I’m in my late 20s, pretty friendly and chill. The leaving flatmate is moving into town to be closer to work. I enjoy playing board games, looking after plants, baking and the outdoors. Looking for a flatmate who is chill, friendly, social and tidy. Non-smoking is a must.
