The master room with a walk-in wardrobe which continues through to your own private ensuite, found on the top floor of 3 stories. With a nice view of the skytower in the distance from the window. The room also has a functional heat pump for your private use.

This room is located in Sandringham, a 4 minute drive from St Luke’s shopping mall and close to the St Luke’s on-ramp for the motorway west and central.

Sandringham centre is a few streets down and Mt Albert is the same the other direction, close to a lot of conveniences in a really nice neighbourhood.

The rent must be paid a week in advance for this room, so paid before Monday the 11th of September and the rent is due Thursday the 14th and then every Thursday from then on.

Utilities is usually $30 a week, this does not need to be paid in advance, only after you’ve moved in, it’s also due Thursday. :)

Hiya, this house has 5 other roommates, which sounds like a lot but the rooms are split between the levels.

With Guy the head tenant on the bottom floor in the first room, Guy works from 7-4 every week day so won’t be home during the week.

Besides Guys room just before the stairs is Rhianna, pretty much everyone calls her Ari, she works from home most of the time but is usually work weird hours so noise dosent typically bother her, she owns a black cat which can be found wandering the house.

Up on the second story is Avalon, he’s a very caring guy and usually keeps everything tidy even if it’s not his mess. He’s usually working 2 shifts a day at the nearby gym so will be back in the middle for lunch. The second story contains the lounge and kitchen.

Up on the third story are two other flatmates, Candi who is friendly but mainly sticks to her room, and Harry who works most of the day as a skyscraper window cleaner. All the flatmates are 20 or 21 years old.

The third room upstairs is the master, which will become your room. On every level of the house their is a bathroom, and on yours there is also the ensuite.
