Large room available in a secure complex. Room has wall to wall cupboard. Bathroom is shared with myself. House is fully furnished except for the bedroom ( you will need to provide your own bed, etc) Expenses are split evenly at $25-30 per person per week. Move in date 29th August 3 minute walk to Bus stop and only 20 min from town by bus. Townhouse split over three levels. 2 rooms total, 1 bathroom. Complex is quiet with a swimming pool.

You will be living with one other male middle age who works full time and enjoys getting out and about as often as possible. This is not a party house.
