We are looking for a third flatmate to join our lovely sunny flat in Melrose!

The flat is right above the zoo and a 2 minute walk away from a bus stop (23). There’s also plenty of on street parking. It is super warm and spacious, and has a deck and a massive shared garden.

The room will be available from the 4th of August and rent is $215pw (plus expenses) with an additional bond.
