About the room
The house is a 3 bedroom new build. The house is double glazed and has a heat pump so is nice and warm! The house is fully furnished but the room will not be furnished. I can provide a bed and drawers if needed. The bedroom is a standard double bedroom with an inbuilt double wardrobe. You will have a shared bathroom and toilet.
Leeston is a 20 minute drive to Rolleston or 40 minute to Christchurch or Ashburton roughly.
Rent will be $180 per week, power and internet will be split each month.
About the roomies
You will be living with a 24 year old female who works full time,2 indoor cats and a border collie so liking animals is a must.
I am ideally looking for someone around the same age (mid 20’s) who is a working professional, clean, tidy and respectful. This won’t be a party house. As the cats are indoor cats we can’t have windows and doors open in the shared spaces. No smoking 🚭
