Clifton Terrace

This is an amazing 3 bedroom apartment on Clifton Terrace, walking distance to all Victoria University campus’, Massey University, central wellington city, the botans and plenty other places! This makes it super easy to live close to work and uni if you’re studying.

There are two rooms available to choose from (one or the other), single room for $200 a week and a master bedroom for either $250 (single person) or $300 (couples) both rooms being furnished. The place has a shared bathroom with shower and bath and shared kitchen/laundry with all amenities and white wear provided. A shared living room is also fully, and stylishly furnished with comfy leather couches, a dining table and even a fire place!

A car park is also available to rent out for an additional $30 a week if need be, alternatively city council parking is available.

You would be filling a fixed tenancy agreement ending 5th of Feb 2024 so 2 weeks of rent is bond, plus a week of rent in advance. After the tenancy period is over you would have the freedom to either renew the lease yourself or leave the property.

You would be living with two 19/20 year old guys, one a student at Vic and another completing a PT course. All are super friendly and keen for hang outs and fun times together but also respective of everyone needing their space to study, work, or just have some down time.

They would be open to any genders and couples as well (master bedroom only).
