Looking for a friendly person, needs to have regular income and pay rent and bills on time. Bedroom is 3.5m x 2.9m and can fit a queen size bed and furniture. Has built-in wardrobe. Own bathroom and toilet. Heat pump in lounge. Large clothes line. Backs onto golf course. Off street carport parking. The third bedroom can be used for storage.
Energy costs, unlimited internet/wifi, rubbish collection, and water usage are additional costs and are shared.
Bus stop right outside 10 mins walk to beach 6 mins walk to Kena Kena shops 20 mins walk / 5 min bike ride to Paraparaumu Beach shops
I will maintain the gardens and lawns. Just need to clean up after yourself in the common areas, your room and bathroom/toilet.
