Cynthia's room

The property is located in Flat Bush, only a 5 minute drive (max) to Ormiston mall and a few minutes to Botany Junction. It’s also 5-10 minute walk to Barry Curtis Park. You can also get to Manukau within 10 minutes drive, and to Botany town Centre around 10-15 depending on traffic.

The room available is a double room with its’ own ensuite and generous closet. It’s front facing so gets a lot of good sunlight throughout the day. Although street parking can get busy, we have room on the drive way for extra one car. Non-smokers only please. Also no pets as we already have two cats.

The rest of the house will be shared living spaces - an upstairs area with a couch and sink. We also have a lounge downstairs, connectivity to Netflix and DisneyPlus. The kitchen is also located downstairs. For laundry, we have a washing machine and due to weather currently use one of the other rooms upstairs to hang the clothes on racks.

You will be living with a couple in their late 20s that are introverted and night owls. We’re both very clean and tidy so looking for someone who is the same. We also have two cats so please be mindful if you have any allergies.

As for work schedules, one works primarily at home, with two days on site. The other has a flexible working schedule. We are both generally home most of the time and don’t often have people over.

We do also have tenants that live downstairs, however they are separated from the main house via a door and have their own separate entrances.
