1910 character house with a great sized back yard and fully fenced House backs on to the Hakanoa lake domain with a great walking path and parks House has big french doors & a deck at the back so we get sun most of the day which is great.

Good sized room with built in double wardrobe, will easily fit a queen sized bed + other furniture Bedroom is directly off the lounge, alternatively there is another room available at the front of the house if preferred, however the wardrobes aren’t as good. All bedrooms are about the same size

The rest of the house is fully furnished so only need to bring your bedroom furniture, and there is an office room available to use if you work from home.

There is a small shed on the property that you are welcome to use for storage, however it is not exactly water tight

There is a bit of maintenance that will be getting done on the house over the next few months, so you will need to be ok with tradespeople coming and going and noise that is associated with that

I am a single female in my 40’s I love to bake and cook, so am always pottering around in the kitchen doing something.

Food & cooking aren’t included You will need to supply and cook your own food. However the cooking could be negotiable. A space in the fridge & pantry will be made for your food. Internet included but power to be split montly

I ride horses, so am out of the house a lot doing this (when the weather is a bit better) I live a simple quiet life, don’t have big parties or lots of people over all the time. I would love someone who is keen to chill and chat, watch tv or listen to music, have a quiet drink.

I have a small sized dog & a cat, they do live inside full time and unfortunately shed a lot, so if your not good with pet hair, then this may not be ideal for you
