ROOMS DETAILS: ALL 4 BEDROOMS ARE CURRENTLY AVAILABLE TO RENT FROM 3 SEPTEMBER.

2 bedrooms are large and 2 are medium-sized.

Large rooms are $250 p/w for a single person (excludes utilities)

Medium rooms are $230 p/w for a single person (excludes utilities)

HOUSE DETAILS: 2 separate lounges to relax in, one is set up as an office space. The other is open and connected to the kitchen.

Enjoy a large back deck and garden that gets plenty of sun, perfect for BBQs and entertaining outside.

IMPORTANT DETAILS: Utilities - expected to be approx $25 each, per week. Covers power, water and internet. Bills are spilt equally across all flatmates.

Rent - 2 weeks in advance is required.

Note every 3-4 weeks the landlord stays in the outhouse on the back of the property to complete maintenance, like lawns and gardens etc.

No pets or smokers please.
