Ying's room

We are a friendly couple with a dog living in a 4-bedroom, double-story house with 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets.

We have 2 unfurnished rooms up for rent, each looking for $250 NZD per week, including water, power, and internet. The two rooms will be sharing the same bathroom and toilet. Young professionals or tertiary students studying in the Northshore are ideal.

Our place is 5 minutes drive to Albany Westfield Mall, and 3 minutes drive to the Albany bus station and the highway, which makes getting groceries easy. Carpark in front of the house negotiable, but otherwise there is free roadside parking.

You are free to use our kitchen and some space in our fridge. No shoes inside as we keep a clean household. As we have a dog (Shiba Inu), you should be okay with a pet around the house.

Asian married couple with a dog, and there might be another dog joining soon. As working adults, we mostly keep to ourselves indoors. If you share our passion for dogs or enjoy playing computer games, we’ll get along well.
