Location - Matakatia looking over Big Manly beach.

We are looking for a couple or single (preferably a couple) between 25- 35 years to join our lovely home.

3 bedrooms 2 & 1/2 bath rooms 2x rooms to choose out of, one really sunny room with amazing afternoon sun and one not so much. Both rooms are next to your own bathroom.

Bedrooms and 2x bathrooms on first level. Kitchen/ living area and small bathroom second level.

Massive back yard that gets looked after my lawns company.

We all pride ourselves on a clean and tidy home so want someone who is willing to contribute to household cleaning and tidies up after themselves.

We get along really well and enjoy having friends over for dinners and drinks on the odd occasion but always respectful of flatmates. Quiet during the week as we work full time. Not a party house but celebrations are nice every now and again.

All getting along is important so would be nice to have a little flat family to have dinner together every so often and be able to have a laugh, flick me a message if you think this could be the flat for you!

$196 each person of couple. $250 single person. Both included bills. $500 bond

1x Kiwi couple (F&M) Both very laid back, social people. Love the beach and water activities and just keeping active.
