Hi everyone We’re looking for a working, quiet, respectful person to join our home in Bellevue Tauranga. You’ll be sharing with two females who are easy-going, private people. We mostly keep to ourselves but are always happy to have the odd chat. Must be working The room is $260 per week, which includes all expenses. We also provide: Off-street parking for one car Your own fridge/freezer Your own food cupboard Some household sundries A cleaner who comes in fortnightly (at my expense). We’re looking for someone who appreciates a peaceful, tidy home and is happy living in a relaxed environment. I am retired, very quiet, and don’t do parties. Pretty much keep to myself. I expect flatties to do their share of duties, including their own dishes etc. I have a female flatty currently who is in her 30’s also quiet and works full time. (Been with me here for 2 years).
