🌞 Room Available – From 30 July 2026. $260pw incl. expenses Hello everyone! My name is Lisa, and I’m looking for the right person to share our lovely home. The house is a sunny 4-bedroom home with a freshly renovated bathroom and a great outdoor area. It’s in a convenient location, close to supermarkets, bus stops, walking tracks, a public swimming pool, and tennis courts. We’re easy-going, quiet, and respectful people who enjoy a peaceful home. We don’t have parties, and we’re a non-smoking, non-vaping household. I do, however, enjoy the occasional drink or two. I’m looking for someone who is working, honest, reliable, clean and tidy, respectful of others, and able to pay their rent on time every week. References will be required. I am retired, very quiet, and don’t do parties. Pretty much keep to myself. I expect flatties to do their share of duties, including their own dishes etc. I have a female flatty currently who is in her 30’s also quiet and works full time.
