Hi all!

We’re looking for a single person to join our flat in Henderson area, just off Lincoln Rd. Pak n Save and other shops is 10 minutes away from walking, along with bus stop towards Henderson etc. We’re in need of a new flatmate as our current one is going to Australia!

Room is decent sized and comes with a double wardrobe. Bathroom is shared along with other common space like lounge and kitchen.

Ideally looking for long term tenant around our age and must be clean, respectful flatmate who will pay rent and bills on time. Also good around our flat cat! Though our property does not allow pets.

Room will be available from 25 September, rent is $197 per week and bond $910. Sorry bills are not included as this is split between all of us, further details below:

Power - This can vary depending on our usage: Roughly $60-70/month per person

Water - This can vary as well but lower than power: Roughly $10-$20/month per person

Internet - $22.5/month per person

You’ll be living with 3 people age range from 24-25 (2 males including me and 1 female) who are studying and working full times, we are quiet and easy going people! Usually off on our own rooms but can be sociable as well! will respect you and your privacy :)
