The Parade

Looking for someone to share our home in a handy location in Island Bay. Big yard, awesome drive-on access, close to the local shops and transport. Currently, 2 humans living here, a guitar-grinding truck driver (who makes his noise elsewhere), a caregiving video artist/documentary maker, and Rufus the cat. We are looking to share with someone in the 35 – 60ish age bracket. There is potential for creating a garden, and a house that needs collective cleaning in order to be home. A person who appreciates these things and is happy to contribute is our ideal. We both enjoy a peaceful home to relax and re-energize. There is a smoker living here and they smoke outside only.

Rufus is in his twilight years so sharing with another animal would not fly with him. He is currently living his best life.

The house has everything we need, but there is room for other people’s stuff in the common areas. With the Island Bay shops just up the road and the beach a stone’s throw away this really is a great spot.
