A naturally well lit room (with two large windows) in a house in a quiet cul-de-sac in Te Atatū Peninsula. The house has both a front and a back garden. Great location, close to public transport, supermarket and eateries. Great walks/water views etc. Room comes un-furnished, with a walk in wardrobe. Rest of of the house is fully furnished, with one bathroom/toilet. There is an open plan kitchen/ living space with air-conditioning/heat pump. This room is available either furnished or un-furnished. Please let us know which you’d like.
