Please let me know about your schedule/working situation when you message, as ideally I’m after someone who can help, twice weekly with letting my dog out in the afternoon. However this is not essential as I also have a pop in dog sitter who can. The apartment is on the roof of a building mid-lower Queen st. with private access to half of the roof. The room is fully furnished has its own roof area only accessible by a door from the room.

Has great light/ventilation given it’s got two windows besides the door. The wardrobe is reasonably sized and the room, it’s just longer than it is wide, 2.20 by 4.40.

The apartment is very spacious, to the point I could even fit a treadmill in. I work from home three days a week, so if you worked from home two, we could certainly share the same desk in lounge.

Nearby parking is available, belonging to another building owned by the landlord, it’s $60 a week. Bond would be 4 weeks rent. All bills included in rent. Move in date may be flexible.

I’m a 40 year old female, guess I would describe myself as young at heart and also quite a considerate person. My dog is small and hairless, so no mess and no smell. He’s never destructive or takes things, there’s also an optional baby gate for the room. Prior to now, I hadn’t shared since my uni days as I grew tired of always having to clean up after others. As I have a dog it’s important anything he shouldn’t consume that’s dropped on the floor shouldn’t be left there, eg coffee or large amounts of hair. That’s my biggest thing when it comes to cleanliness at the moment. Females preferred but open to a guy or couple even.
