I am searching for someone to take over my room as I am heading overseas. This has been my home for the last three years best value for your money in Dunedin.

Ideally looking for someone to takeover from the 23rd of October but I am very flexible on dates if you need it earlier. The lease runs till the end of January 2024, but you are more than welcome to renew the lease and stay longer.

About Flat is a spacious villa roughly a 15 minute walk minute walk past the octagon. The room is very spacious, comes with a wardrobe and is well lit throughout the year.

There are currently four females living at the flat one third year student and three working full-time aged between 22-25. Everyone is super kind and very outgoing so you wouldn’t struggle to make friends. We are looking for someone who is tidy and respectful.

• Rent is $160 INCLUDING power, wifi and bins.
• Bond $560 plus one weeks worth of rent. $114 for appliances. We had to purchase a freezer, fridge and washing machine, this expense was split between all flatmates when we moved in. You will be able to get that money back if decide to move and sell everything.
• Bus stops nearby
• Very cosy we have free power from 9pm.
• We use pump in the hallway and it heats the house and rooms really nicely.
