Hillsborough Road

Kia Ora Everyone,

We are on the lookout for a single flatmate who would be sharing the house with a single male and female who both work in hospo.

We have one unfurnished double bedroom available for a new boarder to occupy.

The room has its own built-in wardrobe and smaller cupboards above it. This room also has its own ranch slider with a cat door on it.

We’re asking for $250 per week which includes: *RENT *WATER *POWER/GAS *INTERNET

The house has a big outdoor decking area, not much of a lawn to mow. Plenty of cupboard space in the kitchen area, but also stuff there to use already.

On road parking available. We are located on Hillsborough Road and there is a bus stop just on the top of the driveway. Located close to dairies, supermarket etc and the motorway.
