The house has two heatpumps, an HRV system, dishwasher, double oven, 177L hot water cylinder, two heated towel hangers, onsite parking for 2 cars, a big lockable garage space, garden shed, a raised garden bed for planting your own fruit and vege, plenty of hallway storage cupboards and a separate toilet/bathroom. It’s also fully insulated.

The flat has a relaxed and quiet vibe but has the occasional get together for a meal, movie or board game night for a bit of fun if people are around.
