Flatmate Wanted - Bedroom - Mairangi bay Looking for a new flatmate to join us in our flat two minutes walk away from Mairangi bay village shops! Room is 2.7m by 3.2m with two built-in closets for storage. Rent is $180 a week plus expenses (on average $20 a week) with a bond of $752. The Flat is fully furnished with a great view out towards Rangitoto in the main lounge and a game room downstairs that is great for any get together. We have a large driveway with more than enough parking spaces for all flat members and visiting guests. We are looking for someone in their early to mid 20s who is tidy and pays rent on time.
