We currently have one room available in our clean and sunny 5 bedroom home, located on the lovely James Cook street in Havelock North. Existing housemate has bought a house.

The house is just a few minutes drive from the village and conveniently close to a four square and reserve. There is a modern kitchen, comfy living area, 2.5 bathrooms, large deck with table and chairs. Please note, the room is unfurnished, although there is a queen bed available if needed. The room has a wardrobe and a large window that gets the afternoon sun.

Existing flatmates are between the ages 30 to 33. We are ideally looking for a professional between the ages of 25 to 35 . We are easy going people who lead busy lives and enjoy chilling out on the weekends with a few beers or a movie. 3 Month minimum.
