1.3) RENTAL Compensation is PAID WEEKLY IN ADVANCE, Bond is 4 weeks with 2 weeks rent in advance.

1.4) WE PROVIDE Bed linen, POWER, WATER, WASHING MACHINE, DRIER, WIFI & COOKING FACILITY.
