Mature (preferably 40+), working, wanted to share with two others. $250 pw includes WIFI, Power, cleaning products, toilet paper, and laundry powder. Eggs from the chooks and produce from the garden when available. Buy own food. Modern 4 bedroom home with two bathrooms, two heat pumps, log burner, solar power, dishwasher and two fridge freezers. Clean own room, communal living areas cleaned by owner. Great outdoor entertaining space. Friendly family home environment in quiet suburb. Great neighbours. Close to the Burwood plantation, shops, bus stop and QEII. Security Cameras. Smoking outside only. Dogs (two labs), cat and chooks :-) Prefer social, happy /friendly housemate to share the home. Not suitable for someone who wants to spend the day sleeping as current occupants are active and up early. Must be clean and tidy and pay rent on time. Sharing with Mature working male, and female home owner.
