Hi everyone, we are looking for a new flatmate for our beautiful, cosy house in Birkdale. ☺️🏡 $190 p/w plus expenses. Looking for: A kind, friendly and respectful flattie who is looking for a home rather than a “flat”. Someone who is clean, takes pride in their space and loves dogs as I have a sweetheart of a pup as shown in pics. The room: A bit small but very warm and cosy, from first hand experience of 6 months of living in this room. 🙂 Will comfortably fit a single or double bed (as shown sun photos), although I’ve had a king bed in here and still works absolutely fine just a bit snug. (Comes unfurnished.) The house: Set on a quiet culdesac street with friendly neighbours. 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, sunny deck, huge backyard, no flood issues at all, two gated driveway parks and plenty of off street parking. We have everything you need, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, heat pump and an AMAZING shower - just bring your room set up.

About us: 1 couple (29y and 28y) and one 27y Girl. We are all in our late 20’s, and work full time. We’re friendly, respectful, positive people. We met as flatmates but have become great friends and are hoping to find someone to join our lovely vibes.
