This is a spacious room with a lovely bay window view of the suburb, in a quiet and respectful flat. The room can comfortably fit a queen bed with a couch along with a desk and clothing storage, and it comes with a large wardrobe. It’s 2 minutes away from the nearest bus stop where you can catch the 32X or number one to town, as well as Berhampore shops. It’s also less than 20 minutes walk from both Island bay and Newtown shops. The flat’s kitchen is small and sunny, and the living room is larger with a heat pump installed, free for all to use. Expenses contributions are $20 per week (subject to small changes) and cover bills as well as cleaning supplies and things like cooking oil and spices.

We are a quiet and clean bunch who get along with each other nicely without hanging out together very often. All in our early twenties living busy lives as students or yo/pros.
