Abi's room

Great sized furnished room available for young working professional in Cambridge, prime location near shops and park and has a cafe and a dairy at the end of the street. Must be okay with pets as there are two cats living here and a puppy who stays over most nights!

House is modern with AC in all the rooms controlled separately, bathroom shared with 1 other and includes big bath and rain shower. Washer and dryer in the garage. Plenty of space to park on drive, we currently fit a Ute,2 cars and a van. Bedroom has built in wardrobe and own cupboard in hallway, comes with large queen bed, desk and chair. Furniture can be removed if requested but would need notice to do so.

Looking for someone in their twenties/early thirties to fit in with rest of the house (1 male and 1 couple). I’m only leaving as I head back to the UK in 3 weeks!

Move in date would be 8th September but this is negotiable for the right person.

$187.50 per week plus bills, just internet and electric once a month and every 6 months the bin fee which was already recently paid. $750 deposit.

You’d be taking over my room, I’m 25 and work at Hobbiton, only leaving as I’m returning to the UK. The roomies you’ll be living with are 1 couple (kiwi guy and english girl) and another Kiwi guy all mid twenties. Everyone keeps to themselves most of the time but super friendly and can have a chat when in the shared areas together.
